About Us
Founded in 2022 and fully operational by 2025, Shepherd in the Valley was born from a vision to support mental wellness beyond the traditional counseling office. After earning his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2024, founder Isaiah Glenn discovered a deeper passion: equipping both counselors and clients with tools to foster healing and growth outside of the therapeutic setting. Inspired by his love for the beach and his dedication to mental health, Isaiah found his niche in creating resources and environments that nurture emotional well-being in everyday life. Shepherd in the Valley reflects this mission; offering holistic, accessible support for those on the path to mental and spiritual wholeness.
Message From Founder
I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find peace in the midst of their valleys. My work is deeply personal, shaped by my own journey through pain and loss. I’ve walked through the heartbreak of losing my father, the grief of a miscarriage, and the weight of serious health challenges. These experiences brought me to some of the lowest points in my life—moments where I questioned if God was even for me. But through the darkness, God began to show me that the pain I carried could become purpose. Today, I use my story and my training to guide others through their own unknown valleys. My wife and I continue to walk in faith, believing that even as we wait and hope for the family we’re building, God is with us—leading, healing, and holding us every step of the way.
